Please read the Terms carefully before filling in the online form. Once a form has been submitted it acts as a subscription. The friend/ member will then be liable for any fees payable under the subscription catagory. I want to be a friend/ member! What does that mean? FRIENDS... As a friend of the Summer Arts Fair, individuals, groups or companies receive regular news updates on events, the artists and Summer Arts activities. Friends receive notifications of and invitations to all SWEET events, Summer Arts events and events around the NMB. Free access is however NOT guaranteed! Becoming a friend requires no subsciption fee, but does limit the benefits and accessability to events and services. REGULAR MEMBERS... Subscription fee of R30 per month or R200 per annum. Regular members receive special invitations to all SWEET events and Summer Arts activities. Members are issued with a MEMBERSHIP BADGE which grants free access to all venues, discounts on specified goods/services. Members enjoy a close relationship with SWEET EVENTS. VIP MEMBERS... Subscription fee of R50 per month or R500 per annum. VIP Members receive VIP invitations to all SWEET events. These are not limited to Summer Arts Activities but may NOT include events happening in and around the bay. VIP Members are issued with an all access pass which allows reserved seating options, free drinks at venues, backstage access, discounts on merchandise sold at events, free gifts and regular news updates! NOTE: Companies who wish to make pledges/ sponsorships towards this initiative will benefit by added marketing of their product or service through all Summer Arts Fair and SWEET EVENTS campaigns. Not all events have specified ticketing prices, however, Members/VIP Members are allowed special access to behind the scenes activities or meet and greet occassions with artists. Subscription fees are non-refundable and are payable within 5 working days from the date of subscription. Failure to comply with this will result in administrative andlegal action towards the member. Subscriptions may be terminated in writing with a one month notice period. The member is however liable for the payment of the final monthly fee. | BECOME A FRIEND/MEMBER TODAY! |
